As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a Creative Director or Head of Design to take ownership of all website, mobile, brand, and marketing design initiatives for the company. Scope of the Role As Creative Director, you will play a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative design process within the business. This role requires a highly creative and strategic thinker with exceptional design expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. Together with the Product and Marketing teams, you will drive the development of creative concepts and ensure that design projects align with the company's branding, goals, and objectives. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Creative Director or Head of Design in studios where you have been responsible for concepts and designing the look and feel for website and mobile themed environments, and some print. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, etc. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and / or case studies.
