Creative Director We’re looking for a Creative Director to take ICHPIG® into its next chapter, redefining our look, tone, feel, and direction as we scale from our Melbourne roots to the global stage. This isn’t a background role. It’s a hands‑on, strategic, culturally connected position rooted in skate, streetwear, and youth identity. You’ll be working directly with the founders, leading the creative realignment that shapes our global future. About the Role You’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision and execution of ICHPIG® across all touchpoints including product, campaigns, content, and digital. From crafting a new visual identity to directing shoots and building the brand playbook, you’ll define what ICHPIG® looks and feels like to the world. You’ll balance bold creative leadership with collaboration, turning disruptive ideas into executable strategies that elevate the brand without losing our roots. ICHPIG® is a Melbourne‑born streetwear label shaped by 15 years of hands‑on creativity and cultural connection. We move fast, we think big, and we value culture over corporate. We’ve got the structure of an established business with strong product, solid operations, and deep relationships, but we’re still early in our global push. That means your work has direct and immediate impact. If you want to help shape a brand that’s about to explode globally, this is your shot. You'll Bring 8–10+ years in creative direction, brand design, or fashion/streetwear leadership Deep understanding of skate, streetwear, and youth culture The ability to think like a visionary and execute like a doer A collaborative mindset and comfort working directly with founders A sense of humour, personality, and the drive to get shit done What You’ll Do Redefine ICHPIG®’s creative DNA and visual identity Build a future‑facing brand playbook Lead seasonal campaign concepts, shoots, and creative rollouts Oversee all storytelling across product, content, and digital Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and aesthetic globally Keep us culturally sharp and globally relevant Why This Role Matters This is not just another Creative Director gig.
