We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.*****What this opportunity involves:**The Sustainability Data Support role assists Sustainability Managers and the ESS team by entering utility invoice data in Excel, identifying anomalies, and contacting utility retailers for missing invoices. They also handle administrative tasks, and collaborate with the Data & Reporting Manager on process improvements.This is a **casual on-going**role, working 2 - 3 days (15 - 22.5 hours) per week based in either our Canberra or Melbourne JLL offices.We are seeking a detail-oriented team player that thrives in a dynamic environment and can build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and experience using MS Excel* Excellent communication abilities and demonstrated relationship building skills with stakeholders* Self-motivated professional who can prioritise effectively in a fast paced, changing environment* Collaborative team player with a proven track record of integrity and dependability**Location:**On-site –Canberra, ACT, Melbourne, VICIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
