We are seeking a compassionate, people-focused Patient Experience Officer (PEO) to join our team in the Emergency Department. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients, carers, and visitors - helping to ensure every experience within our hospital is as positive and supportive as possible. Your Impact As a PEO, you’ll be a welcoming and reassuring presence in the front‑of‑house area, engaging directly with patients and families in the waiting room. You’ll provide comfort, answer questions, and maintain open communication between patients and the healthcare team. Acting as a patient advocate, you’ll help ensure safety, dignity, and respect for every individual — escalating any concerns and supporting staff as needed.
