This leadership role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, with the potential to carry a clinical caseload as required.SJG Richmond Hospital is a well-respected private mental health facility, renowned nationally for its specialised programs in post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma care, particularly supporting first responders. The hospital also provides a broad range of high-quality mental health services for both inpatients and outpatients.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the day-to-day operations of allied health services, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and the delivery of connected, patient-centred care.* Manage workforce planning and rostering to support high-quality clinical services and productivity targets.* Monitor financial and performance indicators, taking proactive action to address variances.* Use advanced clinical expertise to guide service development, evaluation and continuous improvement.* Work collaboratively as part of the senior clinical leadership team to achieve clinical and business goals.* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.* Contribute to the strategic planning and future growth of allied health services, including service expansion initiatives.* Lead and participate in safety, quality and clinical governance activities, including incident reporting, investigation and risk reduction.* Provide clinical services as required, contributing to a multidisciplinary model of care and maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence.You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and current registration or membership with the appropriate Board or Association. With extensive contemporary experience in a senior Allied Health clinical role, you demonstrate the leadership capability required to navigate a complex professional environment and drive high-quality outcomes.
