About The Role: This newly created role sits within our Therapeutic Team inBendigo and is offered on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2028. We understandflexibility matters, so the position is part-time (0.7 FTE, 26.6 hours perweek) with options to support work-life balance. The Safe, Thriving & Connected program brings together aconsortium of specialist organisations united by a shared vision: ensuringsafety, recovery, and empowerment for women and children across the Loddonregion. By joining us, you’ll be part of a collaborative effort that makes areal difference. As a Therapeutic Clinician, you’ll deliver high-quality,evidence-based therapeutic services to adults, children and young people whoare victim-survivors of family violence. You’ll work within a supportive,multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitatehealing through individual and group interventions. What You’ll Do: Providetrauma-informed therapeutic support using modalities such as EMDR, play/arttherapy, and narrative therapy. Conductspecialised assessments and develop tailored therapeutic treatment plans. Collaboratewith care teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated, culturally safe servicedelivery. Supportgroup programs and facilitate transitions to community supports. Contributeto program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement. About You: A tertiaryqualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field. Minimum 3years’ experience in specialist therapeutic work with adults, children, youngpeople, and families. A strongunderstanding of feminist principles and the gendered nature of familyviolence. Commitmentto cultural safety and inclusion, especially for Aboriginal and Torres StraitIslander peoples and diverse communities.
