Queanbeyan, New South Wales - Full-time – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions will apply. $1,318.79 – $1,457.27 gross per week + 12% super. Position Number and Location 4216 – Queanbeyan In This Role You Will Undertake gravedigging and site preparation for various interment types, including monuments, lawn areas, and remote sites. Perform ashes interments and assist with burials with a clear understanding of interment processes. Maintain cemetery grounds to a high standard through lawn mowing, gardening, tree maintenance, and weed control. We Are Looking For Someone Who Possesses proven experience in cemetery services, parks, or recreation, with specific expertise in backhoe operations with stick control. Can engage with families and the general public with genuine empathy, maintaining dignity and respect for the deceased at all times. Holds a current Class ‘MR’ Driver’s Licence, General Construction Induction (White Card), and Verification of Competency for Backhoe (LB).
