We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Newcastle branch , supporting our customers and branch operations through outstanding service, sales support, and teamwork. About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences, ensuring sales orders are processed accurately, and supporting branch operations. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Accurately quoting and processing sales orders in a timely and professional manner. Liaising with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure order fulfilment and on-time delivery. Promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities to achieve branch revenue and margin. Performing warehouse and operational duties such as inventory management and stock control. Contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-focused branch culture. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a wholesale/retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders. A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork. Forklift licence (required).
