The ward also manages a high volume of orthopaedic, trauma and general surgical patients. What you’ll be doing Join our Community Health Service as a Nursing Support Worker, delivering direct care under RN supervision and contributing to quality improvement and accurate documentation. In this role you will be: Providing nursing care aligned with care plans. Supporting quality improvement initiatives. Maintaining accurate healthcare records. Essential Criteria Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Selection Criteria Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
