Senior Maximo SME Technical Functional Application Developer (Remote, 12-24 Month Contract) Part-time/Full-time Overview MaxAccelerate invites seasoned professionals to apply for the role of Senior Maximo SME Technical Functional Application Developer. This remote contract position lasts 12-24 months and is open to candidates worldwide. The role is pivotal in enhancing asset management capabilities through advanced Maximo solutions and may be undertaken on a full‑time or part‑time basis. Responsibilities Develop and configure IBM Maximo solutions to align with business objectives. Resolve issues and provide troubleshooting support during the upgrade process. Maintain rigorous documentation standards for all changes and implementations. Provide expert technical and functional support for Maximo applications. Lead stakeholder discussions and deliver best‑practice solutions for Maximo Asset Management. Guide the technical team to meet project milestones and schedules. Requirements Minimum 5 years as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software. Proficiency in IBM Maximo 7.x and exposure to MAS 8 configuration and support, including Maximo Integration Framework, Java, BIRT, and Cognos report writing. Excellent communication skills for engaging in a multi‑stakeholder environment. Preferred Expertise Hands‑on experience with MAS 8 and Oracle PL/SQL development. Certification as a Maximo Deployment Professional. Experience with cloud service providers (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) and preference for Oracle Database experience. Over 5 years in Enterprise Asset Management, particularly in Maximo upgrades and business application requirement/design management.
