Newcastle Building Pty Ltd – Newcastle NSW Newcastle Building Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in January 2026. This is a full-time role where you will manage multiple residential projects across the Newcastle & Hunter Valley regions. This job is primarily office based with working on the tools required occasionally. Key Responsibilities Manage up to 10 residential jobs concurrently Supervise all on-site trades Schedule jobs, materials and subcontractors using a Gantt Chart Liaise with internal team including draftsman, admin staff, lead carpenters and estimators Liaise with clients and provide regular updates Attend and conduct regular site visits and meetings Ensure site safety and compliance at all times Troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise About You Certificate III in Carpentry (essential) Minimum 10 years residential construction experience including that of renovations, extensions and new builds Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Proven ability to manage multiple sites IT proficient and confident using Outlook, Google Drive and Excel Spreadsheets Driver’s Licence Offer Full‑time role Negotiable salary + vehicle + phone + bonuses Close knit, hardworking team About Us We are a local, family‑owned building company with a strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
