Brompton focuses on adding value through its construction process to deliver quality projects. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Project Manager based in South Yarra, VIC. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high‑end multi‑residential construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, execution and delivery of the construction project in line with the predetermined time, cost, quality and safety targets. The position will also be the main point of contact for the Client and consultant team, coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing construction teams. We are on the hunt for an experienced ambitious Project Manager to join our team for upcoming projects commencing late 2025 / early 2026. Responsibilities Review Drawings Head Contract Management Subcontractor Management Monthly Project & Financial Reporting Prepare & Manage Construction Programme Health & Safety, Quality Management, Environmental Management Qualifications 3+ years relevant experience in the delivery of high end multi‑res apartment construction projects to a value of $15‑20m Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management Strong skills in Budgeting and understanding financial aspects of construction Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management principles Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Proven track record of successfully delivering projects If you are missing some of the above we would still love to hear from you.
