Cauldron Distillery Pty Ltd – North Tamborine QLD About the role We are seeking a talented Chef/Cook to join our team at Cauldron Distillery on Tamborine Mountain. This is a full‑time position, with working hours predominately during the day and weekends essential. You will play a key role in crafting delicious meals to complement our premium distillery offerings. As a passionate culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high‑quality dishes that showcase the finest local produce. What you'll be doing Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes Ensure consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and taste Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture What we're looking for Significant experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally in a similar hospitality or food service environment Formal culinary training or qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Experience with stock ordering and inventory management A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards Passion for using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, including those grown on the property Excellent communication and teamwork skills What we offer At Cauldron Distillery, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
