You'll need A child-first mindset (especially for the kids whose voices aren’t always loudest). A strategic brain always scanning ahead, problem solving, thinking big. Strong emotional intelligence, able to listen, guide, and hold space for others. A team-first attitude – you protect the culture as much as you shape it. Quick Details Position: Director Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) service Approved Provider: Stand alone, NFP community based volunteer committee / P&C (transitioning) Hours: Full time, with flexibility Pay: While the service operates within a community run budget, the offer is above award – starting from $92K + super (approx. $103K package) and negotiable for the right person.
