Area Manager | OSHC / OOSH | Brisbane & Surrounds $120K package | Personal growth focused provider The Quick Details We're working with an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) provider that’s building something different. The Role Overseeing a small cluster of OSHC services (Brisbane and surrounds), this is a role for someone who can : Be a mentor and motivator to others. Lead with a strengths based, coaching mindset. Support high quality service delivery and team culture. Build trust with schools, families, and the community. Make inclusion, child safeguarding, and ethical practice a real priority. Child safeguarding methods for this position, could include, but are not limited to : A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain. Thorough screening. Reference checks.
