OSHC Area Manager – Colac Join the operations leadership team at TheirCare. This high‑growth role supports the continuation and improvement of our OSHC programs across multiple sites. As an experienced childcare professional with an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background you will drive outcomes and provide strategic support to our teams within the region. You will manage up to 10 services, report directly to an experienced operations manager and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceeding programs and high‑quality child care across the region, which spans from Birregurra to Camperdown. Travel between locations is required.
