You’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of an OSHC service with the support of an engaged Area Manager and a well‑sized team (including a strong 2IC). Your focus? Creating a warm, inclusive, and high‑performing service culture. Coaching and mentoring educators. Partnering with families and school communities. Ensuring quality programming and child safety is always prioritised. Bringing your energy, ideas, and vision to life on the ground. About You A seasoned Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator ready for a new chapter? A current leader who’s feeling burnt out or undervalued in your current setting? Someone who’s passionate about getting quality care right for kids, families, and educators. You Bring Strong sector experience (ideally 2+ years leadership). Confidence to lead a team, manage compliance (with support and great processes already in place), and own your space. A values‑driven approach and integrity, empathy, and clarity.
