We consider a friendly team dynamic to be integral to the impact of our learning programs and we are looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to lead a committed and engaged team. Your Impact Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success. As Nominated Supervisor you are responsible for compliance and exceeding practices and you manage the budgetary and administrative aspects of the service. Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact. About You Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education Have previous leadership experience Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, etc.) Have two doses of approved COVID‑19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots) Next Steps To apply, please upload your most recent resume.
