Practice Manager - Children's Services | Early Learning & OSHC Leadership CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay – Pennant Hills NSW Lead, mentor, and inspire in a role that shapes young lives. CatholicCare is seeking an experienced Practice Manager - Children’s Services to lead our Northern Suburbs portfolio of Early Learning Centres (ELC) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services. What you’ll do: Oversee multiple childcare services including ELC and OSHC programs. Provide leadership and mentoring to Coordinators and staff. Ensure compliance with Education and Care Services National Law, National Quality Framework, and industry standards. Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance. Build strong relationships with families, school principals, and local communities. Collaborate with peer Practice Managers to ensure consistency and quality across the Diocese. What you’ll bring: Degree or equivalent qualification in Children’s Services. Minimum 3 years’ experience in childcare leadership or OSHC/ELC management. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements under the National Law and Regulations. Proven ability in budget management and team development. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and valid driver’s licence.
