We’re growing - and we need an Operations Coordinator who can help us keep everything moving with precision and care. About the role We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Operations Coordinator to join us part-time (20 hours per week, spread across 5 days). You’ll be central to ensuring products flow smoothly from supplier to shelf, supporting a seamless customer and retailer experience. What you'll do Manage day-to-day supply chain operations from raw materials to finished goods Maintain accurate stock levels across Fishbowl (ERP) and Shopify Process purchase orders, stock adjustments, and customer sales orders Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and our 3PL partners Track deliveries, monitor timelines, and ensure partners meet KPI's Issue invoices to retailers and distributors and follow up on payments Spot inefficiencies, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for automation What you bring Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management Confidence navigating systems like Fishbowl, Shopify, and similar tools Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on, solutions-focused mindset Clear, proactive communication and comfort in a fast-moving environment Why Edible Beauty?
