We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager – NSW to join our Real Estate team. Based in our Sydney office, this role requires someone deeply embedded in the NSW property market with strong, established relationships across the Sydney real estate and development landscape. This role is central to sourcing and delivering the land and asset acquisitions that underpin Levande’s future growth. What you’ll do Source, evaluate, and secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW — leveraging your strong local market knowledge and long-standing agent, consultant, and landowner networks. Lead financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and valuation assessments to support acquisition decisions. Assist in the full transaction lifecycle: due diligence, consultant coordination, legal negotiations, and Board submissions. Build and present clear business cases and investment papers to the Investment Committee and Board. Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive high-quality commercial outcomes. Ensure all opportunities align with Levande’s focus on sustainability, ESG requirements, and risk management. About you This role will appeal to candidates who are already well established within the NSW property market and who bring strong on-the-ground insight and relationships. You bring: Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, commerce, or a related field. 7+ years’ experience in Sydney-based real estate acquisitions, valuations, transactions or development. Demonstrated local market intelligence with deep networks across agents, consultants, and site owners. Proven financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and valuation skills. Strong report writing and presentation capability, ideally with experience preparing client or Board-level papers. A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to operate in a high-reporting, fast-paced environment. High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Estate Master and other real estate software Step into a client-side acquisitions role with end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and delivering real opportunities.
