We are looking for expressions of interest for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join the IT Security Team in Perth on an upcoming power project based in the South of Perth In this role, you will effectively align the project cyber security initiatives across IT and OT environments, ensuring compliance with corporate security requirements, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, AESCSF v2 2023, IEC 62443, SOCI legislation, and other regulatory frameworks. Your focus will include: Implement and maintain a cyber risk management program Maintain and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 with HQ Ensure contractual stipulation of ISO 27001, AESCSF v2 2023, and IEC 62443 frameworks for subcontractors delivering OT environments Conduct risk assessments on subcontractors and enforce termination rights for non‑compliance Provide cyber awareness training and implement access separation (RBAC) procedures Align, maintain, and execute Cyber Security Incident Response Plan whilst protecting forensic evidence and liaise with external SOC providers for investigation and reporting What you will bring to the team: Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, AESCSF, IEC 62443, SOCI legislation, and NIST frameworks Tertiary Qualifications mandatory – Bachelor of Science degree, Computer Science, IT or Engineering. MBA is advantageous Minimum 5 years in cyber security roles with exposure to IT and OT environments A proven track record in Security.
