Online Course Coach - Diploma of Counselling Online Course Coach - Diploma of Counselling Join Our Team at Evolve College Please note: Our Head Office is in QLD, but this job is working remotely. Applicants Australia-wide are encouraged. Are you highly skilled in engaging with students remotely (via phone, email and Zoom)? Evolve College, a nation-wide industry leader in the VET education sector is seeking a qualified Counselling Coach to join our Online Training Team. The role of an Evolve College Course Coach is to build relationships with students remotely, whilst providing quality coaching services in the CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling. Your job will be to connect, engage and motivate students whilst monitoring and coaching them to graduate from our Online Diploma of Counselling. You are passionate about sharing your practical skills within the industry. You want to work as part of a flexible, collaborative and dynamic team. Hold a current CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling or have the equivalent in industry experience. Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver coaching in CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling online delivery. Engage and motivate students with a fun and flexible approach. Follow a commencement and completion delivery schedule as provided by Evolve College. Monitor student progression, facilitating access to educational support and providing effective feedback and advice to students. Undertake administration duties associated with student management and record-keeping. Achieve an 80% completion rate amongst your intake of students Participate in relevant professional development as per Evolve College direction across prescribed areas (massage industry, VET and training and assessment) to develop and maintain currency of personal and professional skills, knowledge and attitudes. Position Requirements Successful applicants will: Hold a current CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling, or an equivalent/higher qualification with current industry experience. Hold a current TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the TAE40110 (plus including TAEASS502 and TAELLN411). Maintain a current HLTAID011 Apply First Aid unit. Maintain a current Working with Children Check. Hold a current membership/qualify for a membership with ACA (Australian Counselling Association) or equivalent.
