Alpha Physique is expanding and seeking an experienced Online Coach to join our high-performance coaching team. We are first looking for a Male coach; however, we are also considering a Female coach. We are not a “one-size-fits-all” coaching business. Alpha Physique delivers structured, evidence-based training, nutrition, and accountability systems to help busy professionals, lifestyle clients, and performance-focused individuals achieve measurable, long-term results. As our client base grows, we are elevating our coaching standards and looking for a professional who is committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes and service. Key Responsibilities Delivering weekly client check-ins with personalised video or written feedback Designing and adjusting custom training and nutrition programs Providing consistent accountability and client support Guiding clients through plateaus, adherence challenges, and mindset barriers Tracking progress and delivering outcome-focused coaching Working within Alpha Physique standards, systems, and frameworks Collaborating with the leadership and coaching team Optional opportunities available for candidates interested in content, education, events, or brand growth Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years of coaching experience (online or face-to-face) Proven client results (transformations, testimonials, outcomes) Strong understanding of resistance training and movement execution Solid knowledge of nutrition fundamentals and behavioural change Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) High professional standards, organisation, and reliability Certificate III & IV in Fitness (minimum requirement) Desirable (Not Essential) Experience coaching athletes or preparing competitors Ideal Candidate Profile Wants to build a long-term coaching career Is client-focused and outcome-driven Thrives in structured systems and high standards Values personal development and team culture Seeks consistency of clients without the burden of daily business admin What We Offer Great earning potential from remote location & flexible hours A consistent, high-quality client roster Full training in Alpha Physique systems and methodology Access to proprietary coaching tools and infrastructure Ongoing mentoring and professional development Clear growth pathways as the business scales Alignment with a respected, results-driven brand How to Apply Click Apply or email your application to ******@alphaphysique.com.au.
