Do you meet these minimum requirements? Live in or near Ballarat including surrounding suburbs Alfredton, Black Hill, Brown Hill, Bunkers Hill, Buninyong, Canadian, Cardigan, Haddon, Lake Gardens, Lucas, Miners Rest, Mitchell Park, Mount Clear, Mount Helen, Newington, Sebastopol, Smythes Creek or Wendouree. Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles) Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers) Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training. Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home If you're saying 'YES' to these, we'd love to have you join us What this role offers: Open to Experienced candidates Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts Permanent Contract hours : 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours. Hourly Rate : $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time What You’ll Be Doing: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
