The Admin Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Level Plumbing Mackay. This position provides administrative support across all areas of the business, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and compliance with business and industry standards. The role also contributes to maintaining positive communication with clients, suppliers, and team members while upholding the company’s professional image. Key Responsibilities Administration & CommunicationManage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Provide general administrative support to management and field staff. Assist with social media posts and updates to promote the business. Support customer service activities, including quote follow‑ups and appointment scheduling. Project & Compliance SupportBook inspections for new homes and project work. Maintain and update business compliance documentation, including mine‑site and new‑home requirements. Coordinate and record training for staff, ensuring qualifications and tickets remain current. Oversee safety equipment records (e.g. harnesses, test and tag). Manage licence and insurance renewals to ensure compliance. Fleet & EquipmentCoordinate vehicle registrations, servicing, and maintenance schedules. Assist with mine vehicle inspections and ensure compliance requirements are met. Maintain plant and equipment compliance registers. Key AttributesStrong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Simpro or similar job management systems (desirable but not essential). Basic understanding of compliance and safety documentation (desirable). Level Plumbing Mackay is a locally run family business with more than a decade of experience in the plumbing industry. We have a small administration team which works closely with our group of tradesmen.
