Premium Soil Conditioners and Fertilisers – Hervey Bay QLD We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Person to join our team at Premium Soil Conditioners and Fertilisers in Hervey Bay, Queensland. As a full‑time Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of soil conditioners and fertilisers to both existing and new customers Australia wide. What you’ll be doing Actively prospecting for new sales opportunities Providing exceptional customer service and managing existing customer accounts Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products to meet their requirements Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions What we’re looking for Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the agriculture or horticulture industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within future to source new customers and meet with existing customers What we offer - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Access to company vehicle and fuel card for business travel About us Premium Soil Conditioners and Fertilisers’ is a leading provider of high‑quality soil conditioners and fertilisers for the agricultural and horticultural industries.
