About you You’re an experienced Lead Educator or Assistant Educator with a heart for high‑quality care and inclusive leadership Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self‑awareness in every child Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning What You’ll Bring A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent A current Working with Children Check Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards Australian Working Rights A professional and friendly personal presentation Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community A team‑first attitude and a desire to make a difference Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting Why You’ll Love Working With Us Generous above award rates + 10% ECEC Grant Outstanding resources which are replaced frequently Generous team bonding and social budget Up to 50% off childcare fees* Funded First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certifications Financial support for ongoing education to help you grow Rewards for referring family and friends Opportunities to transfer across our centres About us At Eden Academy, we’re more than a childcare centre—we’re a family.
