The Position Exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Operations Coordinator. Join our Project, Mining & Construction (PMC) team at our Brisbane Airport office and be part of a small, highly skilled group managing specialised logistics and project cargo. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their freight forwarding skills while working with a dynamic supportive team. You’ll act as the main contact for logistics and project clients, coordinating and managing all import/export movements while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Register jobs in CW1 and maintain accurate shipment details Liaise with clients to coordinate import/export requirements and documentation Arrange vessel bookings, transport, inspections, and customs documentation Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to clients Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations and internal teams The Successful Candidate Will Have: Operational freight forwarding experience (Import and/or Export) Strong understanding of logistics documentation and terminology Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills Confident communication with clients and carriers Cargowise experience will be highly regarded A proactive solutions-focused attitude In Return, You’ll Enjoy: Ongoing professional learning and development Career growth opportunities across the SEAWAY Group Inclusive, supportive team culture Access to exclusive staff discounts at over 400+ retailers Ready to take the next step in your logistics career?
