Job Description Manage and maintain electronic and physical records in line with organisational policies. Ensure compliance with relevant information management legislation and standards. Assist in the development and implementation of information management systems. Provide support and training to staff on information management practices. Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of information systems. Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data accessibility and security. Respond to information requests promptly and accurately. Contribute to process improvements within the information management framework. A Successful Information Management Analyst Should Have Experience in information and records management within the public sector or a similar environment. Experience in Content Manager OR EDRMS. Familiarity with information management systems and relevant legislation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a technology-focused team.
