Senior Occupational Therapist Healthii People Australia has partnered with Grace Children's Therapy in Castle Hill to welcome a new Senior Occupational Therapist. Grace is a well‑respected, evidence‑based practice focusing on paediatric care. Base pay range: A$85,000.00/yr – A$105,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Day‑to‑day duties Provide high‑quality paediatric assessments and interventions Support team development Work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals Contribute to service development, innovation and best‑practice initiatives Uphold the organisation's core values and child‑centred philosophy Collaborative support with parents, teachers, schools, teacher aides, childcare centres, preschools and other allied health professionals, ensuring therapy transitions across all environments. Home and school visits to implement strategies within natural settings. Assist families locating and accessing funding avenues, plus guidance on available options. About you Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Experience in paediatric practice Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A passion for evidence‑based intervention and professional excellence Commitment to collaborative, child‑centred care Current Driver's License If you would like to join a clinic that puts its people first and believes in "Children First & Foremost", APPLY today.
