About the role We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Food Production Kitchen Assistant to work in our production kitchen at St Vincents Private Hospital to maintain high levels of professional standards in servicing patients across St Vincents Darlinghurst Campus. St Vincents Private Hospital production kitchen is a cook fresh facility with a high-quality food safety accredited meal service producing more than 60000 meals per month. This is a large team of approx. 40 staff in this busy kitchen. You will be directly managed by the kitchen supervisor them reporting to the Executive chef. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) : Cleaning and Washing up responsibilities Utilisation of 2 large commercial dishwashers Correct application of chemicals for cleaning purposes Following processes for stock and equipment Adhering to a daily time schedule. Your skills and experience : As an outstanding Food Services Washroom Assistant you are master at understanding of hygiene and you are equipped with experience working within a hospital food services setting or hospitality environment.
