You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and support workers to co‑design supports that are practical, respectful, and empowering. Your caseload will be shaped around your interests and passions—whether that’s sensory processing, emotional regulation, school readiness, self‑care, or assistive technology. You’ll be part of a collaborative allied health team including Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Teachers of the Deaf, and our caring Customer Service crew. What You’ll Need A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration A growth mindset and a passion for learning NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain) A valid driver’s licence We welcome therapists across all stages of their career: Early Career Therapists – enjoy structured coaching and onboarding Experienced OTs – explore flexible employment and contracting models Are You Ready to Do Work That Matters?
