We offer a comprehensive Parkinson’s program and use advanced technology such as Tyromotion equipment.As a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care in line with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a diverse clinical setting, with the support of experienced mentors.If you are passionate, motivated, and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you**The Position*** Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients/patients and or carers on an individual or group level for both inpatients and outpatients. Completion of comprehensive patient assessment (e.g. assessment of personal care, domestic and community ADLs, assessment of the home environment, cognitive and functional physical assessment as required).* Provision of a comprehensive treatment intervention and appropriate progression treatment to match functional goals.* Provide consultation and support to medical, nursing, catering and allied health professionals within the Division as appropriate.* Responsible for completing appropriate administrative duties arising from each session instructed.
