The Opportunity We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract in February This is a fantastic opportunity to join our People and Culture team reporting to the Director, People & Culture, and help bridge the gap between our P & C function and divisions, ensuring our people strategies directly support organisational objectives and drive performance. This is a full time opportunity; however, we are open to a four-day week arrangement for the right candidate. Your Responsibilities Partner with divisions to provide the best practice people and culture solutions which align with strategic objectives Act as a trusted advisor, bringing insight and expertise to support decision making Support leaders with performance management, employee relations matters and workplace culture initiatives Collaborate with the broader P & C team to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery Manage operational P & C matters including but not limited to budgets, reporting and engagement surveys Partner with leadership to deliver strategic people initiatives and foster a positive culture What We Are Looking For Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (desired) 5+ years' experience in People & Culture including 2+ years business partnering experience Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business drivers Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-based approach The William Buck Difference Our commitment to your success extends beyond the role, with benefits designed to help you thrive Flexible and hybrid working environment Comprehensive professional development, including funded external study and memberships Dedicated Career Care Coach to support your growth Regular social and team events, CSR opportunities and D&I initiatives If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you.
