Based out of our Mackay branch, this customer support role will have you delivering a high level of service by acting as the key point of contact for their filtration requirements. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory Growth and new business development of the Donaldson filtration range Undertaking negotiations with customers and resellers regarding their supply agreements Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis Maintaining an effective territory customer call and visit plan Achieving nominated sales and trading targets As the ideal candidate, you will have: Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with evidence of success Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Previous experience with the use of CRM or similar customer management database A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets A current driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently Here at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
