Senior Social Media Producer – Global Digital Agency Sydney | Full-Time | Hybrid Are you a creative strategist with a passion for producing high-impact content across social and digital platforms? What you’ll do: Lead and support a high-performing social media production team , fostering creativity and efficiency. Oversee end-to-end production of digital content — from concept to delivery — ensuring high-quality output across all channels. Collaborate with design, strategy, and media teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns that engage and convert. Manage client relationships, budgets, and production workflows to ensure projects are on time and on brief. Implement and refine systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Meltwater, Slack, and Google Drive . Analyse content performance and use data-driven insights to enhance future strategies. What you’ll bring: Proven experience producing social and digital content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube . Deep understanding of social storytelling, platform best practices , and audience engagement. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams . Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and creative workflows. Proficiency in tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Meltwater , and social analytics platforms.
