Senior Social Media Producer Mid‑Senior level position at Amplify. The Senior Social Media Producer is a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and creative skills to oversee the successful production of high‑quality content for clients. The Senior Social Media Producer will be responsible for supporting the social media producers, managing clients P&L, ensuring seamless content production, and driving innovation in creative execution. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver engaging and impactful content that meets business objectives and aligns with brand strategies. Responsibilities Help lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of social media producers within the Studios team. Act as a senior client lead, presenting strategies, reports, and recommendations directly to clients, positioning Amplify as a trusted partner. Oversee the end‑to‑end content production process, ensuring all deliverables meet client briefs, deadlines, and the highest creative standards. Ensure production costs and budgets are in line with Amplify standards. Develop and implement best‑in‑class systems and workflows to streamline content production and drive efficiency. Collaborate closely with design, strategy, paid media, and production teams to deliver integrated, cross‑channel campaigns. Oversee social listening, community management escalations, and reputational risk management across client accounts. Oversee the creative direction and execution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for digital and social media platforms. Monitor content performance and use data‑driven insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness. Work closely with the Head of Social and APAC Content Director to align Always On content strategy with campaigns and broader business objectives. Collaborate with the Partnerships and Account Management teams to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Help improve and implement a unified approach for managing productions and always‑on, including standardised structures, financial tracking, and workflow tools like Notion and Meltwater. Conduct team training sessions for adoption. Establish a consistent process for creating and delivering ROI reports for all projects. Leverage Amplify tools to measure and report key performance indicators aligned with client goals. Aid team development including performance management, recruitment, and creating career growth pathways, while fostering an inclusive and creative team culture. Demonstrate strong soft skills including clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to remain calm, solution‑focused, and effective under pressure. Qualifications 4 years of social media and content creation experience with a publisher or brand. Deep understanding of Gen Z, creators and TikTok. Proficiency in creating content using native iPhone tools, apps, and the TikTok editing suite including CapCut and Premiere Pro. Proficiency in making data‑led decisions around user engagement, viewership, and with proven ability to iterate on data‑learnings. Experience mentoring junior producers or editors and managing cross‑functional creative teams. Working knowledge of paid media principles (boosting, ad optimisation, whitelisting, creator licensing). Ability to translate business or client goals into creative and social strategies. Skilled at stakeholder communication — balancing creative integrity with client priorities. Ability to foster a positive, high‑output team culture under tight deadlines. Robust knowledge of current events, pop culture and creator world. Self‑management skills and take‑charge attitude. Highly organised, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast‑turnaround projects simultaneously. Hyper‑collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners. Demonstrated passion for social and digital entertainment. A willingness to learn new skills and throw yourself into new challenges.
