Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our technology products. Key priorities Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts (manual & automated). Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing. Identify, track, and report software defects and quality metrics. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure testability and quality. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimise coverage. Use tools like Selenium, Playwright, and other frameworks consistently. Analyse results and provide clear test reports. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices and standards. Support risk management, compliance, and workplace safety practices. About you Experience & Knowledge ISTQB or other QA certification (preferred). 3+ years’ experience as a QA Engineer with manual and automated testing. Knowledge of testing technologies, patterns, and practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and release management. Skills in .Net, C#, SQL, Visual Studio, and Postman (desirable). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering great user experiences. Proactive, adaptable, and effective in a small, fast-paced team. Passion for continuous improvement and learning. Ways of working Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
