Join to apply for the Senior OHS Advisor role at Davidson Purpose led organisation seeks an experienced Senior Advisor, Health & Safety to support a safe and healthy workplace. This role drives a strong safety culture, manages workplace risks, and oversees the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system, including physical and mental wellbeing initiatives. About the Role Maintain and improve the health & safety management system in line with ISO 45001. Develop and deliver safety initiatives, policies, and training programs. Provide expert advice on health, safety, and risk management. Support incident investigations, risk assessments, and Workers Compensation/Return to Work processes. Foster a positive safety and protective security culture across the workforce. About You Diploma or tertiary qualification in OHS or related discipline with extensive experience. Return to Work Coordinator training. Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing in complex environments. Knowledge of risk management, incident investigation, and OHS legislation. Experience developing and implementing safety management systems and programs. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Membership with professional OHS bodies (e.g., AIHS). OHS management systems certification and auditing experience. Contractor management safety systems experience. Public sector or union engagement experience.
