Automotive/Industrial Sales Representative

Westcoast Automotive Supplies is a leading supplier of automotive and industrial paint systems, consumables and workshop equipment throughout WA. With over 28 years of industry presence and a strong reputation for service, we are looking for a confident and driven Sales Representative to join our team. About the role This is a dynamic, customer facing position responsible for managing and growing a well established client base across the automotive refinish and industrial paint sectors. You will work with panel shops, industrial customers and trade accounts supplying premium paint systems, consumables, accessories and equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Prospect, identify and convert new business opportunities Promote and sell automotive and industrial paints, consumables and equipment Provide product knowledge, technical support, and on‑site service Work both independently and collaboratively within the sales team Maintain a structured call cycle and meet sales KPIs Represent the business professionally within the trade community About you We are seeking someone who is: Confident in building new relationships and engaging with customers Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously without supervision Team‑orientated and supportive of internal operations Experienced in sales (automotive or industrial preferred, but not essential) Sales experience in the automotive or paint industry would be advantageous, but we can train anyone who has passion and drive to succeed Well presented with strong communication and negotiation skills Must hold a valid full driver's licence for territory travel Driven to achieve growth, exceed expectations and deliver outstanding service What we offer Full time, Monday to Friday role Company vehicle, fuel card & mobile phone Competitive salary based on experience and performance Supportive team, long‑standing client relationships & trusted industry reputation Ongoing training and opportunities within a growing WA business How to apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you would be a great fit for this role.
