Senior Consultant – Strategy & Value Creation KPMG’s Strategy & Value Creation team works with our clients to help them identify, quantify and execute initiatives that will help them maximise their untapped EBITDA potential. Our people bridge the advisory relationship from pre‑deal growth strategy to post‑deal business transformation. We are leaders in the identification and quantification of value in transactions, the design and mobilisation of business transformation programs, and in delivering value creation services that directly improve the quality of earnings and the associated enterprise value of our client’s business. Key Services & Responsibilities Commercial due diligence: Assessing markets, growth drivers, customer dynamics, the competitor landscape to identify deal risks and value upside potential. Operational due diligence: Assessing management business plans, the potential for operational efficiencies, identification of supply chain risks, determining the potential disruption and value upside from the use of AI and validating operating model value levers. Growth strategy: Supporting organic and inorganic growth strategy development. Value creation: Identifying and validating value creation opportunities in and out of the deal. Post‑deal business transformation: Designing post‑deal business transformation programs and initiatives to help our clients maximise the value potential from an acquisition. Synergy evaluation: quantifying the potential cost savings and revenue enhancements. Your Opportunity – Senior Consultant Supporting the execution and implementation of post‑deal business transformation programs. Conducting quantitative analysis to support commercial and operational due diligence. Supporting organic and inorganic growth strategies. Identifying and validating cost optimisation initiatives. Helping turnaround client business performance and outcomes. Effectively engaging with and managing client stakeholders. How You Are Extraordinary Proven experience delivering strategy and value creation services in similar consulting or advisory teams. Thrives in navigating strategic, commercial, and operational issues to support exceptional business outcomes. Motivated by achieving results and delivering positive impacts for clients and teams. Experience & Qualifications Recent and relevant strategy, value creation or business transformation experience in and out‑side of the deal. Cost‑out program design and execution. Synergy identification and assessment. Carve‑out value optimisation support. Commercial and/or operational due diligence. Post‑deal business transformation design and execution. Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills relevant to an M&A professional. Ability to take initiative, challenge the status quo, provide insight and clarity to help clients solve complex problems. Strong all‑round business understanding including the M&A and business turnaround environment. Capability to maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
