About the Role We're seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong TOSCA and UIPath experience to join a growing team on an enterprise technology program. You'll design, build, and maintain reusable automation frameworks, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability across RPA systems and integration layers. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on technical ownership - shaping frameworks, improving efficiency, and integrating automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines. NOTE: Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider Australian Citizens. NV1 clearance is a requirement for this position. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks (environment config, tagging, reporting). Write and maintain automated tests using TOSCA enterprise and UIPath Test Cloud solutions Build and refactor reusable functions and components for test reusability and maintainability. Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps). Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA peers to improve quality and automation maturity. Essential Skills and Experience Strong experience in TOSCA test automation alongside other modern frameworks (Playwright, Selenium or similar). Experience with RPA (UIPath) solutions and testing (desirable). Skilled in Java, TypeScript, or C# for building and maintaining automated test suites. Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and backend service interactions. Proven experience owning and improving test automation frameworks. Exposure to CI / CD pipeline integration in Agile delivery environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. Flexible thinking with a solutions oriented, consulting mindset.
