About the Role The purpose of this role is to establish and advance trusted partnerships across Australia’s professional advisory sector to identify, nurture and convert opportunities for new structured giving vehicles. Acting as a credible ambassador for Elston’s philanthropic offering, you will support advisers and clients to explore Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs), sub-funds within the Elston Giving Foundation and other charitable structures designed for long-term, values-aligned impact. Operating collaboratively with the Head of Philanthropic Services, you will contribute to positioning Elston as a recognised national leader in structured giving — combining commercial acumen, education, influence and relationship excellence. Core Duties and Essential Functions Partnership Development Build and strengthen trusted relationships across accounting, legal and financial advisory networks nationally. Identify and cultivate opportunities to establish new structured giving vehicles (PAFs, sub-funds and charitable trusts). Represent Elston at professional events, conferences and industry forums. Support market engagement strategies and contribute to long-term growth planning. Enhance Elston’s reputation as a respected philanthropy advisory partner. Partner with professional firms to increase awareness and understanding of structured philanthropy. Deliver education, events, workshops and strategic engagement programs. Share insights to strengthen philanthropy capability across the broader advisory community. Internal Collaboration Work closely with Advisers, Distribution, Investments and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging. Strengthen internal visibility and capability of Elston’s philanthropy services. Embed philanthropy thinking across the business. Performance & Reporting Maintain a disciplined, insights-driven referral and engagement pipeline. Provide regular reporting on activity, conversion and opportunities. Contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic planning discussions. About You You are purpose-led, commercially aware, and confident engaging with senior professionals. You understand (or are eager to deepen your understanding of) structured giving and enjoy building partnerships that deliver long-term positive impact. The following experience and attributes will be highly regarded Skills & Experience 5–7 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or advisory engagement (professional services ideal) Strong networks across accounting, legal or financial planning (advantageous) Understanding of structured giving vehicles and the Australian philanthropy landscape Demonstrated ability to nurture opportunities and manage pipelines Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills Tertiary qualifications in business, law, finance or social impact (desirable) Attributes Purpose-driven with sound commercial judgment Polished, credible and engaging in professional forums Self-directed and outcomes-focused Collaborative, curious and values-aligned Personally aligned with meaningful philanthropy and impact Why Elston?
