Your new role : We are seeking individuals who possess an unwavering determination to create a meaningful impact – not only for our valued customers, but also within our close-knit team and across DBiz. In this exciting role as a Power Platform Developer , you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents, among others. These solutions allow you to address optimisation scenarios within the organsiation. Responsibilities Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools. Data Integration: Integrate various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse) to ensure seamless data flow Automation: Create automated processes to enhance operational efficiency across different departments using Power Automate. Custom Development: Extend Power Platform capabilities with custom connectors, PCF controls, and plugins as needed. Best Practices: Implement and promote best practices in application development, security, and performance optimization within the Power Platform environment. What you\'ll require for success 10-12 years of experience in software development with at least 4-5 years specializing in Power Platform development. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Good knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and integration with various data sources. Experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and working with RESTful services. Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and Liquid. Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a must. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600). Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms. Background in user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) development.
