eCommerce Content and Merchandise Manager The eCommerce Content and Merchandise Manager (12-month parental leave cover) plays a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of our websites. Working closely with marketing and merchandise teams across multiple brands, you’ll ensure product, content, and campaigns are delivered on time remain current and are aligned with the marketing calendar. This role enhances customer experience, drives conversion, and supports online sales through compelling, accurate, and SEO‑friendly content, while ensuring the online experience reflects brand integrity and commercial strategy. What you’ll do: Manage eCommerce content and product merchandising across multiple brands Ensure all website content is up-to‑date, aligned with the marketing calendar, and reflects brand standards Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and merchandise teams to execute campaigns and seasonal promotions Analyse and improve content performance using digital analytics tools Troubleshoot technical issues related to website content or product displays Utilise eCommerce tools such as Shopify Plus (Headless CMS), Sanity, Netlify, Klaviyo, AP21 (experience highly regarded), Search + Discovery, and more What we’re looking for: Proven experience in eCommerce content management and merchandising, preferably in Shopify Plus (Headless CMS) Familiarity with HTML/CSS, digital asset management, and SEO principles Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, and performance measurement tools Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies including EDM, SEO, PPC, and seasonal promotions Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills Copywriting and editing skills tailored for eCommerce content Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments Proficiency with merchandising tools such as Search + Discovery and Searchspring Knowledge of omni‑channel strategy and the ANZ retail landscape AP21 experience is highly regarded Apply now to join our team and shape the online experience for our customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
