Ecommerce & Merchandise Manager

We're building more than giveaways. Winners Locker is becoming a full-blown lifestyle brand, and merch is a huge part of that. From exclusive drops to limited gear for winners and members, we're creating apparel and lifestyle products that represent our culture. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Ecomm & Merchandise Manager to own the entire merch operation. This includes product development, supplier sourcing, setting up our Shopify store, and scaling fulfilment using a 3PL. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes apparel, production, ecommerce, and operations. You'll be responsible for launching and running a highly functional merch shop that matches the quality and hype of the Winners Locker brand. What You'll Do Product Development & Merch Drops Lead end-to-end product development including research, design direction, sampling, testing, and approvals Source and manage suppliers, manufacturers, and printers both locally and overseas Oversee sample runs, quality control, timelines, and refinements Build collections aligned to Aussie lifestyle, outdoor culture, and car community Ensure every product fits the WL brand, tone, and customer base Ecommerce & Operational Setup Set up and manage the full Shopify store including launch, maintenance, and product updates Implement fulfilment systems using a 3PL provider . Experience with setup or integration is a big plus Oversee pick and pack operations, whether in-house or via 3PL Manage stock levels, reorders, product forecasting, and supplier communication Work with the content team to ensure product photography and listings are top‑notch Collaboration & Campaigns Work with marketing on campaign calendars, limited drops, and hype moments Partner with creatives to deliver branded merch aligned with giveaways and events Coordinate with finance on merch budgets, margins, and reporting Be a core part of building the WL lifestyle brand Quality & Delivery Maintain high product standards including materials, fit, and durability Oversee packaging, labelling, and the unboxing experience Monitor customer feedback and improve product quality over time About You 3+ years in merch, apparel, ecommerce, or retail product development Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify , including store setup and backend operations Experience working with a 3PL . Bonus points if you've helped set up or integrate one Background in pick and packing , either directly or managing a team Excellent understanding of materials, construction, and quality testing Organised operator who thrives on timelines, logistics, and detail Creative thinker who understands product‑market fit and Aussie trends Clear communicator and team player Passionate about brand‑building, not just product pushing Why Join Winners Locker?
