The Role As a Paralegal, you will play a key part in keeping legal operations running smoothly by delivering high-quality support to legal practitioners. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day paralegal assistance including preparing, filing, and serving legal documents Conducting searches across courts, tribunals, companies, hospitals and other agencies Compiling briefs, discovery materials, indexes and a range of legal documentation Supporting trial preparation, routine drafting, legal research, and managing bring-up systems Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, witnesses and internal stakeholders Assisting with billing processes, document management, summarising records and general administrative tasks About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a structured and fast-paced legal environment. You will ideally bring: Experience providing paralegal or high-level administrative support within a legal setting Strong technical aptitude, confidence learning new systems, and a process-driven mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels High accuracy in document preparation, filing, time recording and task management Resilience and self-awareness to work with sensitive or distressing material when required A collaborative attitude, flexibility to assist across teams, and the ability to manage competing priorities Please note this is a full-time position with no option for part time work.
