# Personal Care Worker – Victor Harbor,October 16, 2025$41 - $59 / week### Job DescriptionOur team has an increasing requirement for engaged, experienced and dedicated aged care community PCWs for ongoing, consistent rosters, to support our clients to live well, in the comfort of their own homes.**ABOUT YOU****To be considered for this important and rewarding work, you will have:**– Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Disability Services– Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence– Min 600 hours in Recent paid PCW community position– Senior First Aid Certificate– Current Police Clearance (if you don’t have we will provide at no cost)– An empathetic, patient and caring nature– Exceptional communication skills & be able to build respectful relationships.**ABOUT THE ROLE**In the community team, you will enable our aged care clients to live their best possible life by helping with everydayactivities and assisting them to do the things they love. Every client is different, and **tasks may include:**– Assistance with personal care (showering and dressing)– Household cleaning and laundry– Meal preparation– Transport to and from appointments / shops– Social support– Medication prompts– Providing respite for family– Assisting with complex care needs.**Your responsibilities include:**– Service Delivery– Relationship building– Quality and compliance– Client experience.The Alpha Support at Home team is focused on providing stellar support to our clients.
