Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic organisation in Malaga, Australia. In this collaborative role, you will contribute to our company's profitable growth by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and support each other's success Maintain a visually appealing and organised sales environment, ensuring merchandise is presented to the highest standards Process and fulfil web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and arranging timely delivery Actively seek opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through continuous learning and development Qualifications Proven customer service and sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer concerns Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain a professional sales environment Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic sales environment Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to a positive and supportive sales culture Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Malaga, Australia (desirable) Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
